New Brands to Try, New Lemmings

Note: Please be patient with me.  I absolutely have no idea where my camera is and hence I can’t show any new photos.  Watch out soon, I’ll get right on to posting more pics, I promise!

As you already know, I have tried a lot of brands of nail polish.  I even have a few bottles of those cheapo polishes (that stink big time, by the way) from 168 Mall in Divisoria and a couple of stuff from our local brands.

As much as I want to “limit” my collection to brands that I currently have, I can’t just help lemming new stuff and new brands!  Check out the “new to me” polish brands I keep dreaming about, after the jump!

Nail Polish Lasts Forever!

Your bottle of nail polish can actually outlive you.

I have been into nail polish way back my teenage years.  The only things that kept me from hoarding back then was 1) I sucked at application and didn’t have the patience to practice doing my nails myself and 2) I thought that, like more than half of the human population, nail polish eventually goes bad.

Pretty recently when I started collecting again I stumbled upon a little known fact that has since changed my life – nail lacquer NEVER expires! This discovery paved the way for my collection to grow to more than a thousand colors and counting (just in case you haven’t seen my old stash pics and don’t know how insane I am yet, proof here).

So how do you keep your favorite color alive and kicking through the years? Read on after the jump.

Color Club Spring 2010 Collection: Rebel Debutante

If I were to rank nail polish brands based on “reliability” – solid collections, pretty colors, awesome formula – Color Club will definitely land in the Top 5.  And that’s saying a lot if you have already seen the array of brands I have in my collex.

I’ve been waiting breathlessly for news on what Color Club has in store for Spring, and it does not disappoint!

Can’t wait!  I think this collection may be 50% done before, 50% new twist on ordinary colors. – a good balance. I can’t afford another 100% kaboom like China Glaze Up & Away which was a big blow to my wallet.
